Program Overview

Founded in 2012, RSG was birthed out of our Pastor's vision that every generation is entrusted with the responsibility to preserve liberty, strengthen communities, and provide godly solutions for the challenges of its day. Rather than stand by and simply observe the course of history, RSG exists to equip men and women of personal and public integrity to step forward and lead.

At RSG, we believe leadership matters, government matters, and informed, godly, principled engagement matters. This is not merely a program of study; it is a process of preparation. Over three years, students develop a strong foundation in biblical principles, leadership, constitutional understanding, government, public policy, civic engagement, and practical wisdom. Through classroom instruction, hands-on opportunities, and real-world application, students are equipped to understand how government functions and how they can effectively engage and influence it.

RSG is non-partisan. Our goal is not to produce career politicians who seek position, power, or personal gain. Our mission is to raise up leaders who will govern according to solid, godly principles and faithfully defend the individual rights and freedoms guaranteed by God's Natural Law and God's Word.

Some graduates will pursue elected office and public service. Some will work in policy, law, advocacy, education, business, or community leadership. Others will become informed citizens and influential voices within their local communities. All will leave with the knowledge, character, and practical foundation necessary to lead with conviction and serve with excellence.

The River School of Government prepares students not only to understand the issues shaping our world today, but to become thoughtful leaders, lead by the Holy Spirit, capable of bringing godly, principled solutions to tomorrow's challenges.

There is no stopping men and women who are willing to answer the call, engage their generation, and impact government. They will be builders and guardians on the wall. They will be defenders of liberty and people of power and conviction. They will be leaders who understand that influence is Biblical stewardship and that humble service is the highest form of leadership. This is more than a degree. This is preparation for purpose. This is leadership for such a time as this. This is a call to write history.

"They have turned the world upside down." – Acts 17:6
